LEB-50 is the ultimate expression of how simple construction invariably leads to a functional, quality, and reliable product that is within the reach of any advanced mechanic or cyclist. Electric operation allows the LEB-50 to be operational very quickly and without the need for additional equipment to get it up and running (e.g., a compressor in the case of pneumatic lifts). The design was developed with in mind what kind of performance is needed and desired to operate the bulky and quite heavy E-Bikes in total comfort and safety. Our experience in lifting for the motorcycle industry allowed us to identify all the requirements required by a mechanic, such as the maximum height of 198 cm combined with the 360° rotation of the vice, which allow easy access to every point of the frame, bringing the part on which the mechanic has to intervene always to the best ergonomic height in order to perform the best service in the shortest time and without any physical stress. The approximately 80 kg frame makes it a robust and versatile partner, with simple mechanics tested up to 50,000 lifting cycles with a maximum weight of 50 kg.
